Nayanee Silva

The course presenter is Nayanee Silva, Founder of Smarter Lives. Nayanee is a qualified Life Coach and Chartered Accountant. She has previous experience in Corporate Finance within the Management Consulting and Human Resources Consulting Sectors. She is the co-owner of a business and technology consultancy and former co-owner
of an Educational and Corporate Psychometric Assessment Consultancy before the launch of
Smarter Lives. Her work with students has covered educational consulting, academic coaching, psychometric assessment, career coaching and guidance on university applications.

Smarter Lives mentors and coaches clients to achieve education, career and business goals. Training and coaching is offered through group and one to one sessions to further support these objectives.

The aim of this workshop is to empower and coach students/school leavers to prepare for Further Education and work by setting goals for career success. Informing students about the skills needed for employment with advice on how to develop their education and abilities can better prepare them for future careers. The course explores higher education pathways and the importance of work experience in preparing for a range of careers.
There will be opportunities to take part in group exercises, ask questions, discuss educational options and career development strategies during the sessions.
